Coffee and Desserts

Ericeira has so many great cafes and bakeries to get top-notch coffee and a bite to eat; here are our favorites!

Black Magic Cafe

Initially a pop-up in the Magic Quiver surf shop, this small café has become a permanent staple in downtown Ericeira. Black Magic Cafe uses fresh-ground coffee beans to create deep flavors that help you start your day right. Swing by the window any day of the week between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, and enjoy your drink while you stroll down the main street.

The Capsule Ericeira

With specialty coffee and a micro roastery, The Capsule is a delight for coffee lovers, and one of our go-to cafés, both for the coffee and baked goods. Each day, the friendly staff roast coffee beans in-house, ensuring strong flavors in each cup of coffee. The Capsule also has a unique selection of pastries, such as chocolate banana bread and matcha tiramisu. Be sure to get there early if you want the tiramisu, as it is known to sell out quick!
