Indigo

Indigo is a beachfront restaurant located at Praia de Foz do Lizandro and offers stunning sunset views. It features an international menu with dishes like tacos, steaks, and Nasi Goreng, along with a popular tuna poke bowl praised for its freshness. The restaurant provides both indoor and outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy the relaxed atmosphere and beautiful surroundings. The service is friendly and attentive, making for a pleasant dining experience. Reservations are recommended, especially during peak hours.

Mar das Latas Wine & Food

Mar das Latas Wine & Food is one of our favorite places in town to watch the sunset. The wine bar, which is cash only, is the place to be as cocktail hour commences. There are tables outside, but we recommend asking for a box-tray that is custom-made to fit on the rounded wall overlooking the ocean. We love sipping wine and watching the sun disappear under the horizon, leaving behind gorgeous colors. In the summer, evenings at Mar das Latas feel like a festive party celebrating another amazing day in paradise!

Balagan Ericeira

Balagan is an Eastern Mediterranean restaurant and café located at Praia do Sul in Ericeira, Portugal. Its vibrant menu features Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired dishes like mezze platters, vegan shawarma, and charred sweet potatoes. We love Balagan for its plentiful vegan and gluten-free options, which make it accessible for various diets. The restaurant offers a casual beach house vibe with stunning waterfront views, making it a great spot to relax. Balagan is open daily, with café and deli hours from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM, and restaurant service for lunch and dinner from 12:30 PM to 10:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. Having both a café and restaurant make it the perfect place for both a cup of coffee, and a hearty dinner. Reservations are recommended.

Ouriço Terrace

We love Ouriço Terrace for its incredible views of the ocean and laidback vibes. Order a glass of wine or cocktail and watch waves crash against the shore from one of the many outdoor tables. Although the main focus is the drinks, Ouriço Terrace has some food that you can munch on while watching the sunset. This is also a great place for community events, as it sometimes hosts live music and streams sporting events.

Ribeira D'Ilhas Surf Restaurant & Bar

Ribeira d'Ilhas Surf Restaurant & Bar, located at Praia de Ribeira d'Ilhas in Ericeira, offers a relaxed atmosphere with stunning sea views. The menu mainly features healthy options like fresh salads and sandwiches, perfect for a light and satisfying meal. With a variety of tables available, it’s a comfortable spot to unwind and enjoy the coastal scenery. The friendly service adds to the welcoming vibe. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM, it’s an ideal location for both locals and visitors to enjoy a refreshing meal or beverage by the sea.

Gota D’Álcool

Gota d'Álcool is a beach bar located at Praia de São Julião in Ericeira. It’s a great place to relax and wonder at the beauty of Ericeira’s rugged southern coastline. Known for its delicious hamburgers and cold beer, it's an ideal spot to enjoy a no-frill, satisfying meal. With easy parking and friendly service, it’s a great place to soak in the beach atmosphere and explore one of Ericeira’s less-traveled beaches, Praia de São Julião. Open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
