Connect & Discover: An OM Center Retreat

• Start your day with a 90 minute yoga and meditation, designed to ease you into the retreat and celebrate the joy of movement.

• Fuel up with a tasty continental breakfast as you chat with your cohort.

• The rest of the morning is yours to relax and explore. Take some time to journal by the pool or head into Ericeira for a beach day. Get acquainted with the winding cobblestone streets and stunning beaches, and let the ocean air refresh you for the week ahead.

• Return to O House for lunch, prepared by our private chef.

• After sharing a delicious meal with newfound friends, you will dive into the first workshop: Setting Intentions & Creating Space for Transformation. Jackie and Sarah will lead you through a guided reflection, journaling exercises, and partner connection exercises. By the end of the workshop, you will have set intentions for the retreat, which will guide you in the days to come.

• Close out the day with a hearty dinner cooked in-house by our private chef.

• Prepare yourself for the day ahead with a 90 minute meditative yoga session. Wake up your body and mind as you ground yourself in the present.

• After breakfast, you will embark on a full day excursion to Sintra, one of the most beautiful towns in Portugal. Nestled in forested mountains, Sintra is home to several castles, estates, and monuments. You will start your tour with a visit to one of the iconic monuments. Soak in centuries of history, culture, and art as you explore.

• Head into the charming town center for a group lunch. Chat with your cohort, treat yourself to local wines, and savor traditional Portuguese flavors.

• In the afternoon, you will explore another monument. Each site is different than the last, allowing for constant exploration and discovery.

• On the way back from Sintra, you will stop at Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of continental Europe. Snap photos of the picturesque lighthouse and panoramic ocean views before heading back to O House.

• Enjoy a satisfying dinner cooked in-house by our private chef, and relax after a long day of sight-seeing.

• Kick things off with a 90 minute yoga flow and continental breakfast, helping you ease into the day with energy and mindfulness.

• The rest of the morning and afternoon is yours; during this unstructured free time, you might choose to relax at the pool, go shopping at the boutique stores in town, take a surf class, or tan at the beach. We will regroup for lunch and dinner, both held at the hotel.

• After dinner, we will head to the coast for a sunset wine experience. Watch the setting sun paint the Atlantic in gold and pink as you enjoy a selection of local wines.

• Start your day with a yoga/meditation session, then help yourself to a tasty continental breakfast.

• After breakfast, hit the road for a tour of Buddha Eden and Óbidos. We will start with Buddha Eden, a stunning Asian garden dotted with statues and greenery. Let the serenity wash over you as you explore the intricate pathways.

• Next, we will drive to the nearby town of Óbidos. This striking village is encircled by an intact medieval wall, and is packed with charm and cozy shops. Take a few hours to explore; you might decide to walk along the wall and take in views of the town and surrounding countryside, or wander the winding streets, sampling local delicacies. Have a group lunch at a local restaurant, then head back to Ericeira feeling fulfilled and inspired.

• End the day with a free evening and laidback dinner at O House.

• Start your morning right with a relaxing yoga session and head to breakfast feeling refreshed and inspired for the day’s activities.

• Jump into another workshop, this time focused on reflection practices, values/vision work, and creating sustainable rituals. You will also gather for a closing circle during this time.

• Enjoy a satisfying lunch at O House prepared by our private chef.

• Unwind with free time in the afternoon. Finish up your last-minute souvenir shopping or take one more dip in the ocean.

• Gather back at O House for a peaceful sound bathing experience. As the sounds wash over you, let yourself fully relax and enjoy the present moment.

• After the sound bath, share a celebratory dinner cooked by our private chef - a moment to share stories, memories, and gratitude.

• We’ll close the night under the stars with a cozy bonfire - the perfect ending to an unforgettable journey.

• Wake up feeling proud of your achievements; over the past several days, you have immersed yourself in your yoga practice, connected with a group of passionate individuals, and treated yourself to a well-deserved break.

• Taking into account early departures, there are no structured activities today. Breakfast will be included.

• We will transfer you to the airport for your departure, ensuring a stress-free transition back into your day-to-day life.

Do I need to have previous yoga experience?
Yes! The retreat is open to all experience levels. While no advanced practice is required, having some yoga experience or a genuine interest in yoga and wellness will help participants get the most from the week.

What can I expect to learn from the workshops?
In addition to yoga flows, you will have two workshops that focus on the theory of yoga. You will learn how to effectively set intentions, create space, build sustainable rituals, tap into values/vision work, and useful reflection practices.

Do I need to bring my own yoga materials?
Nope - we will provide yoga mats and blocks.

Do you offer airport transfer?
Yes! Airport transfers are included in the ticket price.

What does a typical day look like?
Although each day looks different, there are some core themes and activities throughout each day of the retreat. Every day starts with a yoga session, which allows you to ease into the morning with gentle movement. We provide a continental breakfast each day, which is then followed by a workshop, O House activity, or free time. We will then have lunch cooked in-house by our private chef, followed by another activity block, which will either be another workshop, activity, or free time. Finally, we wrap up with dinner.

How do I reserve my spot?
We handle all bookings over email. All you have to do is click on one of the “Book Now” buttons and follow the prompts to send your message. We’ll be in touch shortly to answer questions and get you all registered!

How does the Payment Plan work?
Provided that you book your spot at least four months in advance, you may choose to take advantage of our payment plan. This plan spreads the payments into monthly installments of equal price.
